- Filmmaking Workshops To Be Held At Coral Gables Art CinemaMay 28, 2012

From June 18 to July 25, a Cinema summer camp will be held at the Coral Gables Art Cinema, 260 Aragon Avenue, as a result of a partnership among the Coral Gables Cinematic and the Florida Film Institute. Participating students will have the opportunity to focus on essential and practical aspects of commercial motion picture production, including script preparation, cinematography, lighting, sound recording, direction, acting and music.

The program will feature instruction by South Florida film industry professionals, and will also include a beginners Yoga class for students. At the end of the sessions, participants will showcase their film at the theater. Registration is open until June 1. For more information about the workshops, click here.
